Registering a company in the court register does not protect your name or logo in the marketplace. In practice, this means competitors can legally use your ideas, logo, or products and services—and may even initiate legal action against you. You can protect the brand you are building by registering a trademark.
To help you avoid costly mistakes and learn how to protect your trademark yourself, ANVA Consulting and Euro Grant Konzalting International, in collaboration with attorney Anamarija Jengić Bujan, are organizing a two-day workshop to be held in November 2026.
The workshop is divided into two parts. The first covers the theoretical groundwork, addressing questions such as: what a trademark is and what it protects; how to use available tools to check if your mark is available; how to select the correct product and service classes; how to avoid application rejection by the EUIPO; and what the actual costs of EU trademark protection are. The second day focuses on practical application—specifically, preparing an EU trademark application for your own mark.
